Applications;
• DEFOAMER A is a potent anti-foaming agent that is used to suppress and eliminate air entrapment. It is fully compatible with all water-based drilling fluids as well as brine-based completion and workover fluids. It also assists with the release of gas
Usage
• DEFOAMER A is added at 0.1 to 1.0 gal/25 bbl (0.4 to 4.0 L/4 m3 ) of mud as required. Higher treatments may be required if foaming persists; but care is advised, as overtreatment can in some cases lead to stabilization of the foam.
• Consult the MSDS, safety posters, and/or product label before use, and use personal protective equipment as advised.
