Pelletonite

PELLETONITE are high-quality bentonite pellets, compressed with high pressure, coated with special substances that provide controlled release. In wells with full leakage, PELLETONIT can be applied directly to the well and it can be expected to swell, or it can be mixed with the drilling fluid with appropriate pumping methods and injected into the leaked area. PELLETONIT, which has the property of swelling 40 times its volume, is used both for plugging leaks in leaky wells and sealing wells before cement in abandonment wells and filling wells for abandonment.
