DRILLBEN HDD ULTRA is a high yiled, polymer and mineral enriched bentonite to provide easy mixing, improved rheological properties to drilling fluid especially for HDD application.
Recomended Dose & Usage:
Usage dose of DRILLBEN HDD ULTRA depends on the hardness of the make up water, type of underground cuttings, and conditions of the borehole. DRILLBEN HDD ULTRA Works best in water with 8,5- 9,5 pH . Pre-treatment might be needed with soda ash or caustic before mixing. Need to add slowly to the water and mix with high-shear jet type pump mixer.
